Producing according requirements of the customer
Operation
1.1. Keep the instrument in a place where it is dry and clean. Keep away from direct sunlight, moisture, high temperature and violent shake.
1.2.This is a precision instrument. During transport, it must be handled with care, and free from shock and collision.
1.3.To keep the instrument precise, the turning shafts and guide shaft should be cleaned by soft cloth or absorbent cotton with special detergent. Never touch it directly by hand.
1.4.Cleaning the instrument and other antirust work must be done regularly.
1.5.It must be placed horizantally during operation to prevent workpiece from shifing axially.
2.1. Adjust the position of "Press Roller" according to the size of workpiece, to make the "Press Roller" press the workpiece with proper pressure.
2.2.Lift the "Press Roller" by "Operation Handle", put the workpiece on "Turning Roller", and let back the "Press Roller".
2.3.Adjust height of "Meter Base" and change the position of it to make the measuring head of dial gauge touch the surface of workpiece, and then make the hand point to zero.
2.4. Adjust universal test head to proper position of workpiece and let it touch the surface of workpiece, and make the hand point to zero.
2.5.Switch on the power, and fine tune the meter according to the actual conditions to get final readings.
2.6. The continuous working period of this instrument is no more than 4 hours.
3.1 All the parts should be clean. If there is any fine dust, you can blow it off with a blower. If there is oil stain or finger print, rub it gentally with cotton yarn.
3.2 Concentricity Measuring Instrument is a precision instrument. It is not allowed to dismantle by users to avoid deteriation in accuracy or damage to the instrument.
3.3 When it is not in sue, cover it with a dust cover and keep it in a dry place to keep away from rust.
3.4 In order to make the instrument work at high performance, regular checking is recommended.
3.5 On the premises of correct operation and storage, this product has one year guarantee period from exworks.
